Your data stays on your iPhone.

Sarg stores your profile, training plan, workouts, body metrics, water and meal logs, and chat history in a local database on your device. Sarg does not operate servers that receive this data and does not require an account.

Coaching text, plans, and insights are generated by Apple's on-device foundation models. Prompts and responses are processed on your iPhone and are not sent to CrioSoft.

If you enable Apple Health, Sarg reads steps, active energy, exercise minutes, stand hours, and weight to show your activity rings, and writes completed workouts and weigh-ins back to Health. Access can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple through the App Store. CrioSoft receives no payment details. Purchase state is verified on-device using StoreKit.

Notifications are scheduled locally. Dictation uses on-device speech recognition when available; audio is not stored.

Export all data as JSON or delete everything from Settings → Privacy & data. Deleting the app removes all local data.
